Shotengai

Shotengai are shopping streets closed to vehicles (mostly) catering to the needs of nearby residents.  Some of the oldest ones evolved along the roads leading to temples and more recent ones near train stations.  They are often bustling and these long exposures capture the dynamism I felt.
